WHAT REFUND POLICY?

All purchases are final and no refunds, but if you purchased the same product twice then you will receive a refund. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms. The reason we cannot provide refunds is because once a digital good has been sent, it cannot be revoked.

HOW TO RECEIVE MY DOWNLOADS?

When your payment is completed, a receipt along with your download links will be sent instantly to your email and can also be accessed in your downloads page by clicking on Account > Downloads.

HOW TO INSTALL DRUM KITS/LOOP KITS?

To view / change the location of custom samples, Open Fruit Loops > Options > File Settings. The “Browser extra search folders” window will show the location of user samples.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY PRODUCT?

1. If you lost your product just open up the product download email which you received during the first purchase of the product.

2. If you loss product you can email us and Order #, and kits missing. we will send you a link to the download.

WHAT IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Sometimes we have to manually approve the order. If something like this happens to you, the easiest way to solve it, is to write us a short message to and we send your order.

CAN I SELL MY BEATS IF I USED YOUR LOOPS OR MELODIES?

Yes you can definitely sell your beats if you used our sounds.

WHAT 100% ROYALTY-FREE MEANS?

All of our products are 100% Royalty-Free, that means, that once you download / buy them you own license for using these sounds. You cannot however claim these sounds as your own only. You can use these sounds for any commercial or non commercial purposes and you don’t have to give us any credits.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
